"Cute style, but the quality didn’t match the price"
I’ve always liked the look of Betsey Johnson stuff because it’s fun and cute, so I was excited to get this bag. It looked really nice online, but when it showed up, it felt cheaper than I expected for the price. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but this is where it got annoying — for what I paid, I really thought the quality would feel a lot better. I’d maybe consider buying again if it was on a big sale, but I definitely wouldn’t pay full price next time.

"Checkout was easy overall"
Checkout was easy, like I just went through the steps and didn’t really have to think much about it. There was one little loading hiccup where I kind of paused and wondered if it was stuck, but then it caught up and everything went through fine

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I do like some of the items on the site, but my experience with customer service wasn’t the best. I reached out with a simple question about my order, and the reply I got didn’t really answer what I asked. I had to message again, and even then it felt like they were just sending a basic copy-and-paste response. Anyway, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely wasn’t very helpful.

"Pretty comfy, but a little snug"
They’re comfortable overall, I wore them all day and didn’t have any real issues. They’re just a tiny bit tight, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.

I ordered from betseyjohnson.com because, the stuff is really cute. I had a question about my shipment though, and getting a response took way longer than I expected. I sent a message and then just kind of waited... and waited. When they finally got back to me, the answer was helpful enough, but by that point I was already annoyed. I still love the style of the items, I just wish customer service was faster and easier to reach.

"Fun shoes, maybe a little much for me"
I picked up a pair of Betsey Johnson shoes because the design looked so fun online. They have all these sparkly little details, which is what drew me in, though I wasn’t totally sure I could pull them off.
In person, they’re a bit louder than I expected, or maybe I’m just not used to wearing statement shoes. They’re still really cute, but I don’t think every style would be my thing. The designs definitely stand out, though.

"Great deals if you catch a sale"
I’ve ordered from betseyjohnson.com a few times now, and I pretty much always wait until there’s some kind of discount or sale going on. The regular prices can be whatever, but the sale prices are actually really good. Like, I got a cute bag for way less than I expected, and I’ve also seen deals on wallets, jewelry, shoes, and little accessories where I was like, okay, that’s actually worth it. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing weird or super slow. Overall I’m happy with what I paid, especially compared to what similar stuff costs in stores or on other sites.

I was happy with my order overall and everything arrived just fine, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the shipping cost felt a bit higher than I was expecting, which was kind of... yeah. Not a big deal, I just wish it had been a little cheaper.

I ordered a pair of Betsey earrings and they look legit to me. The packaging and tags were the same as what Ive seen in store, so that made me feel better about it. Shipping was a bit slow, but the earrings seem authentic and the quality is good.

"Promo code was a letdown"
I tried using the promo code they sent in their email, but it kept coming up as "invalid" at checkout. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t really helpful and basically told me to just wait for another sale. Their stuff is cute, but the checkout experience was "annoying."

"Cute, but the sizing threw me off"
The dress is really cute, but it definitely ran a bit small on me. I was already feeling mentally drained when I tried it on, so dealing with the sizing being off was kind of frustrating. Nice style overall, just wish the fit had been more accurate

I had to send back a pair of Betsey Johnson shoes and, i was expecting the refund to take way longer than it did.
They emailed me when they got the return, and the money was back on my card just a few days later. Super easy and no weird delay.

"Love the bag, but the shipping was frustrating"
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was surprised by how long this order took. I ordered a bag and then barely got any updates for days, which was annoying. When it finally showed up, it was super cute and I do like it, but the shipping experience definitely made me hesitate a little about ordering again soon.
